Shipping policy

At Montoya Magic, we are committed to ensuring that our artwork is delivered to our customers safely and securely. We use USPS or FedEx to ship artwork within the United States, and all shipments will require a signature upon delivery.

Shipping fees are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the artwork. All shipping fees will be added to the customer's order total at checkout.

Please note that due to the delicate nature of artwork, we take great care in packaging each piece to ensure that it arrives in pristine condition. This may include additional packing materials and/or custom-made crates for larger pieces.

Once an artwork has been shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email so they can track their shipment's progress.

We apologize, but at this time we do not offer international shipping.

If for any reason an artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase.
